M/I Homes, a top 15 national home builder, continues to quickly grow its Dallas/Ft. Worth operation. They seek a Mortgage Loan Processor for its builder financing subsidiary, M/I Financial, located in Lewisville, TX. The successful candidate must be well versed in processing of all types of purchase money mortgage loans, including conventional, FHA, and VA.
This position in full time in the Lewisville, TX office.
The position offers:
Steady work environment – driven by builder new home purchase sales – NO refinances.
Convenient location just off the Sam Rayburn Tollway, minutes from I-35E in Lewisville.
Salary + Bonuses based on work volume achieved.
Monday through Friday work environment.
Generous paid time off structure.
Entire loan operation – origination, processing, underwriting - locally based.

Job Summary:
