Overview:

The Technical Project Manager possess a robust grasp of Enterprise Data Management, standard software development practices, and a track record of collaborating with analytics and development teams. This role counts on effective communication of priorities and product vision to diverse business and corporate IT teams and partners, followed by the translation of these insights into practical technical solutions and capabilities.
This position sits in our Enterprise Data and Analytics organization, which aims to drive improved business outcomes using insights gleaned from data and analytics, infusing them into Lennar’s corporate fabric and is a key role in operationalizing Lennar’s enterprise data fabric.

Responsibilities:

 •  Analyze data and use it to make informed product decisions.
 •  Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
 •  Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
 •  Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.
 •  Design and build user experiences and technology approach based on persona.
 •  Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the product.
 •  Define and communicate the product roadmap, including prioritizing features and enhancements.
 •  Drive data quality, implementing tools and working with IT and business teams for DQM rule definition.
 •  Drive the design and development of Master Data Service (MDS) and Master Data, ensuring a seamless integration into our ecosystem, to provide a unified, well-structured data foundation that drives business excellence.
 •  Develop technical objects such as business requirement documents, functional requirement document, ER and architectural diagrams.
 •  Make data-driven decisions and trade-offs to optimize the product roadmap.
 •  Prioritize features and user stories based on business value and customer feedback.
 •  Present product plans and updates to executives and investors as needed.
 •  Work closely with engineers to enable them to identify the critical path, prioritize and execute upon requirements.

Qualifications:

 •  Bachelor's degree in a related field.
 •  5-7 years progressive experience in technical project/product management.
 •  Experience in leading design, feature breakdown and projects/products from inception to shipped software.
 •  Experience in cloud computing and architecture.
 •  Expertise with Agile software development process with a strong emphasis on test driven development.
 •  Experience driving product strategies, go-to-market strategies, roadmap, and design.
 •  Proficiency with SQL and RDBMS.
 •  Strong expertise with TargetProcess, Jira and Confluence.
 •  Strong communication skills with proven experience handling collaboration across executives and other stakeholder.
 •  Strong analytical skills, leading research, analysis, and data insights to inform decisions.
 •  Familiar with developer tools, software lifecycle, rapid app development platform, and low code market.

 •  Ability to clearly articulate product vision, product strategy and requirements to engineers and internal business partners.
 •  Ability to build durable relationships, influence without authority, sell concepts internally, and actively drive decision-making across organizations.
 •  Ability to deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment, driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
 •  Ability to structure ambiguity, break down complex problems, and drive solutioning.
 •  Ability to conceptualize and drive complex projects with competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and quick timelines.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Technical Project Manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
