Join our dynamic team at Randstad, partnered with a leading beverage distributor in Phoenix, AZ. We're seeking a motivated individual to join our the team as an Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in accounting and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced industry.
salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 6 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
• Post & deposit miscellaneous check payments (Will Calls, DWS, Warehouses etc).
• Enter Fintech invoices in EDI for next day payment.
• Assist with Driver Check-In Route processing (10 - 15 routes per day): verify proof of delivery, apply payments, work with warehouse to resolve product credit discrepancies, and work with driver Supervisors to resolve driver under collects.
• Back up to cover the below tasks during coworker vacations:
• Post check payments received in the mail (On Deposit accounts).
• Post Military EFT Payments
• Will Calls: entering, verification, filing and other related tasks.
• Perform additional work-related duties and special projects as needed.
