CROWN AUTO SALES is currently hiring Local Sales Associates for our Auto Dealer division. As a Local Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their automotive needs and ensuring a positive dealership experience.
You will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, providing product information, and guiding them through the sales process. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Requirements
• Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive products and features.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
