The Dance Instructor role provides support and leadership in all aspects of the Health and Wellness program. They lead, instruct and motivate participants from youth to older adults in group dance classes. They work with and provide modifications for people of all ages and skill levels.
They are responsible for coaching participants through safe and effective dance programming and technique including motivating energetically, providing feedback, assessing strengths and weaknesses, clearly communicating, and creating a community of wellness.
