Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and maintain best practices for desktops, laptops and thin clients system image management, software deployment, application packaging, patch management, and inventory management.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support to the Desktop and Client Services Technicians and closely collaborate with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams.
• Utilize SCCM with Patch-My-PC add-on to help augment and image over 14,500 devices.
• Lead administration of delivery portfolio support systems including but not limited to SCCM, Intune, HPMD, and Imprivata.
• Participate in patching and vulnerability activities to ensure a secure and stable infrastructure.
• Develop baseline KPI’s, perform capacity and performance reporting, and effectively write professional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve complex issues.
