Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional individual. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of exceptional time management, organization, calendar management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
 •  Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including but not limited to, managing calendars, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
 •  Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, handling correspondence and phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
 •  Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed.
 •  Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
 •  File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
 •  Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
 •  Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients and stakeholders.
 •  Organize and maintain the office filing system.
 •  Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
 •  Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
 •  Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

Perform other related duties as assigned, supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team.
