As a Project Manager (AKA Site Manager in the Navy), ideal candidate will lead and manage various aspects of our operations, including safety, logistics, and project management, while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence based on our core values.
Develop strong relationship with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and other government personnel.
Leadership Excellence: Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, safety, respect, integrity, and commitment.
Strategic Management: Execute cost control procedures, manage budgets effectively, and implement processes to exceed customer expectations.
Team Collaboration: Engage employees at all levels to identify innovative solutions and ensure efficient project completion. Foster an effective relationship with bargaining unit representatives.
Project Management: Develop, monitor, and modify project processes to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Communication and Coordination: Maintain clear communication and coordination with all stakeholders to meet contractual obligations.
Facility and Vessel Management: Ensure effective completion of tasks related to vessel deactivation, maintenance, preservation, and reactivation.
Security and Compliance: Maintain high levels of physical security and enforce the management of classified material.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the Contracting Office Representative (COR) and provide regular project updates.
Continuous Improvement: Debrief completed projects, develop improvement plans, and implement lessons learned.
Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports and documentation to corporate leadership and the COR.
