We are providing an opportunity to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as an IT Manager. This role is central to our operations in the telecom industry, where you will lead and manage a team of system administrators and engineers, as well as contracted resources and managed services.
Your role will also extend to maintaining current technical knowledge of the products and systems used in our information systems, and participating in firm-wide IT projects.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading and managing a team of system administrators and engineers, providing oversight, guidance, and mentorship.
• Developing and maintaining current technical knowledge of the products and systems used in our information systems.
• Participating in firm-wide IT projects, including systems design, procurement/outsourcing plans, and ensuring systems align with current best practices.
• Creating and implementing operational plans to ensure smooth and secure systems operations that are efficient and cost-effective.
• Conducting research on emerging technologies in support of infrastructure development efforts, and recommending technologies that will increase performance, cost effectiveness, and infrastructure flexibility.
