WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

This is a 6 month Co-op opportunity for a student in a Finance or Accounting program. The role will provide experience in a broad range of finance transactions and systems for an individual who has demonstrated high academic achievement. Working as a member of the Americas Region Finance team, this individual will provide support to the Accounting Operations, Revenue and Financial Planning and Analysis functions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Analyze cash receipts from clients, determine application to outstanding receivables and correspond with North America revenue managers to provide collection status updates

Assist in preparation of use tax returns and account reconciliations as needed

Assist in preparation of analysis and presentations for management meetings

Prepare and maintain excel based models to forecast and analyze client expenses and Case Team Event budgets

Assist in maintenance of client and contract database

Maintain pipeline tracking system to impact revenue projections and follow up with stakeholders

Preform projects and other duties as assigned

ABOUT YOU

Strong record of academic achievement

Excellent organizational and quantitative skills with an aptitude for problem solving

Experience with Word, Outlook, Excel and an aptitude for PowerPoint

Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional, mature manner

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Enthusiastic team player, productive working independently or as part of a group
