Primary Responsibilities:
Manage work schedule effectively in order to accommodate changes in opening schedules and stretch assignment activities. Maintains a high level of knowledge and skill in all areas of operations and training. Contacts store managers consistently prior to opening to schedule any assistance needed.
Maintains regular follow-up with restaurants post open and visits stores that are not performing well. Works with the Franchise Business Consultant of Charley's to develop plan of action to address deficiencies and ensure brand standards are met.
Confers with store managers regarding hiring, placing food orders and uniform ordering. Oversees hiring process and recommends store improvements to maximize sales.
