The Role

THE WELL is seeking a Lead Wellness Attendant. If you have a drive for success, a passion for wellness, a strong desire to work in a growing startup and are looking for a new and exciting career opportunity in janitorial services & guest relations, we want to hear from you.

Lead Responsibilities
 •  Lead, coach and model best practices for the Attendant team.
 •  Lead new hire trainings.
 •  Assist with finding coverage for departmental call outs and weekly schedule adjustments.
 •  Assist with assigning Team Member zones, based on business needs.
 •  Assist with departmental weekly supply orders.
 •  Assist with shadowing for potential Wellness Attendant candidates.
 •  Support and escalate guest complaints promptly and effectively to Manager on Duty.
 •  Conduct detailed walk-through of space and report missing, damaged or sub-standard fixtures and equipment, escalate to Manager on Duty.
 •  Assist with events preparation and team coordination to ensure we are set up for success.
 •  Assist in OSHA checklist and audit.
 •  Lead team meetings, when necessary.
 •  Attend operations meetings, as necessary.
 •  Responsible for inventory counts.

Janitorial Services
 •  Ensure all areas of the club are clean and organized at all times.
 •  Responsible for the maintenance of the locker area. Ensures lockers are prepared for member services and that amenities are refilled throughout the day.
 •  Follows a detailed morning and evening check-list to prepare the club for opening and closing.
 •  Ensures all linen is ready for members and treatments.
 •  Take inventory of all guests supplies on a weekly basis and report to the Manager on Duty.
 •  Prepares guest service areas for use including but not limited to the cold plunge, infrared, gym and movement studio.
 •  Day to day responsibility for reporting any equipment malfunctions, or areas of the club that require immediate attention or maintenance.
 •  Other duties as assigned by management.

Guest Relations
 •  Maintain the highest standard of guest service by following THE WELL SOPs and displaying genuine care and attention to detail.
 •  Act as an Ambassador for THE WELL at all times.
 •  Ensure guest confidentiality at all times including data protection and any information provided in confidence by the client.
 •  Report any guest complaints to the Manager on Duty so that they can be handled promptly and effectively.

General
 •  Follow THE WELL personal hygiene and uniform SOPs.
 •  Always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments & events.
 •  Must adhere to all SOPs and attend all training courses as deemed necessary.
