Overview:
Spathe is currently searching for a Training Specialist, Intermediate to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area.
Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. As a small business with a tight knit family feel, Spathe empowers its employees to solve problems and make decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Services include the development, delivery, and/or coordination of training courses and materials that address specific agency needs.
• Possess thorough knowledge of appropriate hardware and software (ex: PCs, Microsoft(MS), Windows, MS Office, and applications such as from SAP and PeopleSoft).
• Understand computer functions and related technical terminology and how they are applied in everyday business situations.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills.
• Develop and revise courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs.
• Prepare instructor and student materials.
Qualifications:
• 4-7 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Clearance Required:
• TS/SCI
Job Type:
• Full Time
Work Location:
• One location – Fayetteville, NC
Travel:
• Up to 10% travel during the year.
