Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement in the utilities and electronics sector.
  2.  Product Management: Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, identifying market needs, defining product requirements, and overseeing the development process.
  3.  Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, providing insights to inform marketing and product strategies.
  4.  Brand Management: Define and communicate the company's brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  5.  Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, content development, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  6.  Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation programs and campaigns to drive qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.
  7.  Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and marketing initiatives.
  8.  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing and product strategies with overall company objectives.
  9.  Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing and product performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
 10.  Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing and product management team, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

 •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
 •  Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in marketing and product management roles, with a focus on the utilities and/or electronics industry.
 •  Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs in the utilities and electronics sector.
 •  Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and product launches.
 •  Experience managing digital marketing channels and campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
 •  Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a marketing and product management team.
 •  Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 •  Experience working remotely and managing remote teams is a plus.
