IT Concepts Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Enterprise Architect Analyst to support our DOD/USAF contract. The Enterprise Architect Analyst is responsible for identifying requirements for business process improvement efforts and understanding how they relate across the enterprise.
Capable of working with different SMEs to understand and assist in articulating system to system interfacing and data exchange requirements. Suggest and help adoption of industry best practices to Air Force processes. Provides support and associated technical assistance with organizational processes and programs.

Location: Needs to be located in the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia area for in-person meetings at Joint Base Andrews and/or the Pentagon, up to 2-3 times per month. Position is mostly telework.

Requirements
 •  Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in an IT-related field.
 •  Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a DOD environment.
 •  Minimum of 3 years of experience in capturing requirements, conducting analysis, and deriving insights to develop recommendations at a strategic level.
 •  Minimum of 1-2 years Enterprise Architecture experience, preferably in a DOD environment.
 •  Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing, and presenting briefs relative to complex topics and effectively communicating to different audience types (senior leadership, SES level, and working groups).
 •  Proficient level of experience in use of Microsoft Office products (Excel and PowerPoint).
 •  Familiar with legacy system migration to target environments, cloud migration, and related technologies.
 •  Possess excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
 •  Experience interfacing directly with clients and managing customer relationships.
 •  Values teamwork; demonstrates integrity and honesty, and is passionate, innovative and strives for excellence.

Preferred:

 •  Familiar with various Air Force systems, such as, Air Force Architecture Resources (AFAR) and Air Force Information Technology Investment Portfolio System (ITIPS)
 •  Familiar with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Business Process Requirements (BPR) compliance.
 •  Familiar with Portfolio Management as it relates to analysis of investment management and compliance.
 •  Awareness of Agile software development principles.

Clearance requirements:

Must have an active Secret Clearance at the time of hire.
