Inventory Clerk
We are looking is a dynamic and fast-paced organization specializing in event management and logistics. We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of our events through efficient handling of signage and supplies. As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the meticulous preparation and delivery of signage and supplies for our events. Your primary duties will include:
• Locating and packing signage and supplies for events, ensuring accuracy and completeness (average of 25+ boxes per event).
• Verifying and double-checking that the correct items are packed according to established procedures.
• Performing computer-related tasks such as checking in and out items from the online shop, managing the in-kind account, coding invoices, and organizing inventory.
• Resolving any issues with lost or missing packages through communication with shipping carriers such as FedEx.
• Escalating and managing damaged or lost inventory and signage.
• Conducting an annual physical inventory count to maintain accurate records.
• Adhering to safety guidelines, including a maximum lifting limit of 50 pounds.
In addition to fulfillment responsibilities, you will also be involved in coordinating flights for team members attending events. This will require attention to detail, familiarity with travel websites, and adherence to established procedures.
Ideal Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Previous experience in a high customer service role, with shipping and receiving experience being a plus.
• Ability to escalate and communicate needs effectively as necessary.
Ideal Skills:
• Basic data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and good judgment.
This role requires a team player who can effectively manage all assigned duties and collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful event execution.
