Pharma Program Manager – Pega Transformation
Duration: 12 months
Location: Philadelphia , PA
Onsite/Remote: Remote w/ occasional travel to client site for meetings
Preference for candidates based in the Tri-State area (PA, NJ, Delaware) – but open to others
The ideal candidate will have a consulting background, be client facing with a consultative, outgoing personality.
Prior experience managing a Pega transformation (non-AMS) program and pharmacovigilance experience are big pluses.
Roles & Responsibilities
Day-to-day program lead and primary interface to business and IT executive leaders and stakeholders
Leads project team in delivering new design & build Digital transformation solution including leading the majority of client-facing meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and presenting project updates.
Responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the Client.
Has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
Provides day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the Client.
Fosters collaborative and productive work environment, promoting open communication and problem-solving.
Manage client expectations and proactively address any concerns or issues.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the client throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
Prior experience managing a transformational design & build digital platform program e.g., Pega, Salesforce, etc. i.e., not interested in candidates with experience only managing ADM programs
Consulting background with ability to identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Highly Preferred Skills:
Experience with managing transformation design & build programs using Agile methodologies in a regulated market
Prior experience managing a Pega implementation program (not AMS)
Pharma/Life Sciences R&D/Quality Experience
Validation/Verification experience
Pharmacovigilance experience.
