Property Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Administrator to join our team. The Property Administrator will play a key role in supporting the management and operation of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property administration.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

 •  Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and courteous assistance
 •  Coordinate lease administration, including lease preparation, renewals, and terminations
 •  Collect rent payments, track delinquencies, and follow up with tenants as needed
 •  Maintain accurate tenant records and lease files
 •  Assist with property maintenance coordination, including scheduling repairs and maintenance requests
 •  Conduct property inspections and address any issues or concerns
 •  Prepare and distribute notices, correspondence, and other communications to tenants
 •  Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the properties
 •  Support property managers with administrative tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

 •  High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in property management is a plus
 •  Previous experience in property management, real estate, or related field preferred
 •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 •  Strong organizational and time management abilities
 •  Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
 •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
 •  Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations
 •  Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
