Job description:
Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate iCertis problems.
Implement advanced configurations within the iCertis platform, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Manage changes to the platform effectively, following established change management processes.
Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of iCertis data structures and processes.
Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for iCertis platform issues, and best practices.
Buyer/Support/Manager updates
Agreement Expiry date Updates.
Notification Updates
Create or Amend Help Text
Removing the user from team in Notification
Workflow Update
Create/Update Workflow approvals.
Create/Update Rules
