Provide critical care interventions and resuscitation in life-threatening situations.
Educate and counsel patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 2 year of experience in a fast-paced emergency room setting preferred.
Strong clinical skills in assessment, triage, and emergency care procedures.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
