HR Technology Project Manager

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an HR Technology Project Manager to assist in managing our Human Resources systems, including Banner HR/Payroll, applicant tracking, compliance training, performance management, and any future HR technologies. In this role, your duties will include analyzing the efficiency of our HR systems, reviewing and auditing HRIS operational processes; liaison with IT departments to oversee application upgrades; generate ad-hoc reports as well as generating metrics for both Human Resources as well as for LCME.

 •  Oversee the managing the human resources component of the Banner HR/Payroll system by managing the data collection, maintenance and the integrity of the system. Implements the
necessary controls to identify and mitigate risks in all areas of accountability; and alerts the Director,of critical issues as they emerge, making recommendations for action.
 •  Coordinates with the Office of Faculty Appointments, Institutional Research and Einstein Information Technology to ensure that data is collected and maintained for all faculty appointments within the Banner system;
 •  Coordinates with HR departments to assist with management of HR systems including applicant tracking, onboarding, learning management, performance and other HR activities/systems;
 •  Manage data loads, interfaces and integration between HR systems and vendors collaborating with IT;
 •  Serves as the HR functional lead in collaboration with our IT staff to perform regular tests, upgrades and annual year end processes;
 •  Analyzes HRIS and transactional service requirements and consults with Director to identify opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes.
 •  Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement
 •  Serve as primary interface with Banner HR/Payroll and other HR systems on day to day issue;
 •  Creates and maintains documentation of business processes and workflows and ensures they are up to date
 •  Designs, documents, implements, and monitors ad hoc and ongoing reports in HR and Payroll systems to ensure they accurately reflect internal business requirements and capture required data;
 •  Responsible for developing HR Metrics and working with IT to implement dashboards; Also responsible for developing reports and Metrics that require data from our HR/Payroll system as it relates to faculty and LCME;
 •  Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required.
 •  Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.
 •  Additional duties as assigned;

QUALIFICATIONS:

 •  A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar.
 •  3-5 years of experience as an HRIS analyst in a related industry.
 •  Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
 •  Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.
 •  Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
 •  Advanced proficiency in database management as well as running SQL queries.
 •  Proficiency in HRM software, such as Workday HCM, Criterion HCM, etc; Experience in Banner is preferred
 •  Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
 •  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is listed below. Albert Einstein College of Medicine considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.

Minimum Salary Range: USD $85,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Salary Range: USD $95,000.00/Yr.
