Responsibilities:
• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
• Provide support to students in literacy education and help develop their reading and writing skills
• Collaborate with the lead teacher in curriculum development and adapting materials to meet individual student needs
• Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Educate and support students with autism spectrum disorder, ensuring their specific needs are met
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members to provide updates on student progress
Skills:
• Proficient in literacy education techniques and strategies
• Ability to effectively manage student behavior and create a positive classroom environment
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
