Electronics assembly technician
Randstad is looking for a Soldering Assembler at one of the leading manufacturer of secure electronic payment terminals and point of sales systems on the Southside of Jacksonville. Candidates must have prior assembly experience and Electronic Soldering skills.
This is a great entry level electronics position where you can learn new skills and have the ability to advance.
salary: $15 - $15.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
• Perform product assembly and final detailing
• Tasked with the assembly of products consisting of multiple electrical, mechanical, and plastic parts
• Rework assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
• Accurately and efficiently tests a variety of products, ranging in complexity to achieve quality goals
• Efficiently assemble product packages and place various products, accessories, and materials into product packaging
• Follow spoken and written instructions from supervisors and lead technicians
• Replace dead/drained batteries in a specific unit with new batteries
• Other tasks as assigned
The essential functions of this role include:
• working in a smoke free environment
