HVAC Technician
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure their efficient and safe operation. This includes cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting various components.
Diagnose and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems. This may involve troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs, provide cost estimates, and explain repair or maintenance procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure that all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Complete service reports and other required documentation.
Proficiency in working with HVAC equipment, knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems, and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Universal EPA certificate preferred.
