Job Description
The contractor from this procurement is expected to provide Architecture services to the D365 Finance & Operations Project in the following areas.
1. Solutions Design: Develop high level and detailed technical designs and architectural diagrams that outline the structure and components of the solution. Choose appropriate technologies, frameworks and tools for the project. Ensure that the design adheres to best practices and industry standards. Understand customer needs and integrate solutions with D365 Finance and Operations
2. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technical concepts and progress to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Address questions and concerns related to the technical aspects of the project.
3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team. Mentor and coach team members, helping them understand and implement the architectural vision.
4. Systems Integration: Design and oversee the integration of various system components, including third party services.
5. Security and Compliance: Define and implement security measures and compliance standards to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance. Stay updates in security threats and best practices.
6. Data Architecture: Design the data architecture including the database schemas, data models and storage solutions. Define data access and retrieval mechanisms.
7. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural documents, design patterns and coding standards.
8. Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA team to define testing strategies and ensure the quality of the solution.
9. Devops: Work to define deployment pipelines and deployment strategies.
10. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement with the development team.
Skill set info
ESD prefers individuals and firms who have a current understanding of ESD's structure and can initiate the performances immediately without needed training.
