Job Title: Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Marketing Officer

Job Description:

The Executive Assistant position is newly created and entails a dynamic role within our client's organization. A typical day or week in this position is multifaceted and involves various responsibilities aimed at supporting the smooth functioning of our department. While the specifics may evolve over time, the following provides an overview:

Morning Check-in: Quick morning check-in between the Administrative Assistant and CMO to align on priorities and tasks for the day.
Weekly Departmental Meeting: Attend the departmental weekly and leadership meetings

Meeting Support: Take detailed notes during meetings, including but not limited to program advisory committee meetings. Assist with administrative tasks during meetings as needed.

Correspondence Management: Perform mail merge for donor correspondence, proofread emails, memos, and letters for accuracy and clarity, and compose and send emails on behalf of the department.

Fundraising Support: Utilize previous experience and discernment to assist in fundraising activities, including working with board members and supporting fundraising initiatives.

Tech Savvy Support: Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems to handle data entry, report generation, and other tasks as required.

Organization and Detail Orientation: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the role to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
