As a Wealth Advisor, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain relationships with clients to provide them with personalized financial advice and investment solutions. You will analyze clients' financial situations, understand their goals, and recommend appropriate products and services to help them achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

 •  Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
 •  Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their financial needs and provide suitable recommendations.
 •  Communicate effectively to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

Financial Analysis and Planning:

 •  Perform comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate clients' current financial status.
 •  Create personalized financial plans based on clients' objectives, including retirement planning, estate planning, and investment strategies.
 •  Review and adjust financial plans regularly to accommodate changing circumstances and market conditions.

Investment Management:

 •  Recommend investment products and strategies that align with clients' goals and risk profiles.
 •  Monitor investment performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize returns and manage risk.
 •  Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting investment decisions.

Sales and Business Development:

 •  Identify potential clients and proactively prospect for new business opportunities.
 •  Present investment proposals and financial plans to clients effectively.
 •  Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and research, to enhance sales strategies and expand the client base.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

 •  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions and investment recommendations.
 •  Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and financial plans.
 •  Bachelor's degree.
 •  Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
 •  CFP certification preferred.
 •  Proven track record in financial services sales, wealth management, or related fields.
 •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
 •  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 •  Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
 •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
