Job Description
In the role of Regional Lead, Compliance & License Management you will be an experienced licensing and technology professional with experience across multiple software vendors, with the ability to dynamically support and lead complex deliverables and projects to a high standard with little to no support.
You will be confident in front of clients, with an ability to communicate with varying multiple and technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise narratives with ease. You will lead and complete the reports on complex license positions along with risk remediation and opportunity realization reporting for IFS.
You will act as a key point of contact for our clients during the scoping of the engagement, becoming the owner of all license position reporting and opportunity creation. You will be working directly with and under the COO for North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Queuing / Processing of regional customer license declarations.
Evaluating license declarations for compliance issues.
The accurate delivery of ELP reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Contributing to methodology and delivery of quality improvement projects
Scoping assessments and delivery scheduling for clients
Contribute to internal business maturity and operational process improvement
The creation of senior-level presentations on licensing issues found with clients
Reporting results of declaration evaluations by region
Undertake ELP and presentation quality assurance assessments
