Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior CADD Designer to assist on a variety of public and private sector infrastructure projects in our Buffalo and Rochester offices!
Colliers Engineering & Design offers aspiring engineers the opportunity to work on a very diverse range of bridge and structural projects, often complex in nature for a wide spectrum of clients. The work setting is highly collaborative with structured mentoring from a team of seasoned engineers.

Responsibilities:
• Produce CAD drawings for new or reconstructed bridges and structures
• Prepare quantity take-offs from CAD and surface model files
• Prepare reinforcing bar detailing for reinforced concrete structures
• Apply and integrate various client CAD standards into CAD templates
• May develop 3D CAD models for substructures, grading and alignments/profiles
• Assist the engineering and project management team with the development of CAD design methodology and practices
• Perform drawing QA/QC on work products from other CADD design and engineering staff
Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or a related discipline
• 5-15 years of CADD bridge/structure design experience
• Proficient in Microstation, AutoCAD or Civil 3D
• Willing to work independently and with others as a team member
• Interested in work in a team setting with strong collaboration skills
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $34.00-$47.00/HR DOQ
