Lead the development and execution of the nursing department budget.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan for each patient.

Represent the nursing department in meetings and committees.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) or a related field is preferred.
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in psychiatric nursing management.
Proven track record of success in improving patient care outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in psychiatric nursing.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Effective leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
