Personal Shopper, Los Angeles, CA, USA (Level 2)

Reporting to our Personal Shopping Manager, US who is based from our NYC office, the Personal Shopper (Level 2) for L.A, California, will work remotely to organise the sale of luxury items to a global clientele by being the first port of call for customer requests.
With approximately a $1.6M - $2M target annually, we would look for you to meet and/or exceed 100,000k in sales monthly with support of your manager and team! Please do apply if this is something you are comfortable with.

You will build, maintain and develop essential relationships with your clients to provide the most personal luxury shopping experience possible and growing Central Texas for Threads styling!

The salary for this role is between $58,000-$85,000 per annum depending on experience which will be discussed at interview stages. This role also earns commission on top of this base salary.

This role is fully remote and will require someone who is comfortable working in this way as well as weekly committed time in person as needed for your clients and business.

You Will:

 •  Talk directly with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales
 •  Hold personal shopping appointments domestically and internationally if required
 •  Connect directly with clients with chat-based media to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries and sell desired items
 •  Build and manage your own personal client book
 •  Analyze client profiles and implement strategy to develop sales year-on-year
 •  Identify essential industry partnership opportunities and introduce these to Threads
 •  Manage towards annual and monthly sales portfolio targets
 •  Research, source, and find product to satisfy your Clients requests and needs
 •  Work close with the internal departments that affect the overall customer journey (social, brand partnerships, sourcing, creative, dispatch and finance)

Requirements

You Have:

 •  Experience in Personal Shopping (ideally) or Luxury Retail Sales, with an established clientele network
 •  Motivated by personal sales targets and enjoys exceeding them with an analytical approach
 •  Deep product and brand awareness with strong sales knowledge
 •  Experience with luxury good and high net worth client base with a customer first approach
 •  Social Media knowledge and confident learning new platforms
