We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our visual effects (VFX) team as a VFX Runner Intern. This internship allows you to learn about visual effect productions in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate to work in the VFX industry.

Responsibility:

Provide VFX on-set support and location scanning as instructed by the VFX team.

Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling other tasks as needed to support the VFX team and production.

Assist with the organization and maintenance of the office space for the VFX team, including keeping work areas clean and tidy, restocking supplies, and ensuring that equipment is in good working condition.

Run errands as needed, including picking up and delivering materials, packages, and equipment between the studio, the VFX team, and the production teams.

Assist with the logging and tracking of VFX assets, shots, and deliverables using spreadsheets.

Perform other duties as assigned by the VFX Production Assistant, VFX Coordinator, VFX Supervisor, or other members of the production team to support the overall operation of the VFX department.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to film, animation, visual effects, or a related field, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in the entertainment industry.

Previous experience working in a production environment, preferably in a support or assistant role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with team members and external contacts.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed for production shoots or studio activities.

Unpaid with compensation based on working days
