Software Support Engineer (Yardi)

A client of ours at Robert Half is looking for a Software Support Specialist (Yardi). This is a direct-hire, FTE opportunity located in Seattle, WA (Eastlake) that will be hybrid - 3 days a week on-site, 2 days remote. This company has a very defined growth path for this role into Sr.
Support Specialist roles and later into Project Manager roles. Our client is in the Senior living space and also has lines of business in Commercial and Residential living.

Day to day: At a minimum, you would be managing a support ticket system (Yardi). The client has upwards of 100 communities around the country. Anyone experiencing Yardi systems issues will submit tickets and this person will handle these themselves or escalate to internal teams /vendors.
There could be some short term projects as well if you are looking to prove you can take on process improvement and documentation. On average this role will handle 5 tickets per day or roughly 100 per month.

Must haves:

 •  Associates Degree in Computer Science or related experience
 •  2-5 years of Yardi Systems related work experience (Property management software)
 •  Strong emphasis on customer service skills
 •  Provide end user support for mobile devices - Yardi

-Ability to respond to technical issues via in-person, e-mail, phone, etc.
