Able to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers Qualification and Skills: Apple Certified Support Professional Cisco CCNA certification CompTIA A+ certification Knowledge of ITIL standard methodologies such as the difference between Incident, Problem, and Change.
