Job Description
The Construction Design Project Manager will:
• Review Client contracts
• Review Client design program requirements
• Client invoicing and change management
• Design budgets and design schedules
• Financial reporting and invoicing
• Manage outside design consultants as required
• Permitting due diligence
• Weekly Client and internal design meetings
• Ensure quality of overall design
• Coordinate and provide technical support during construction

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications of a Successful Construction Design Project Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or similar field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building design, construction management, and/or design management experience
• PE or NCARB certification is preferred
• LEED Accreditation preferred
• Ability to travel up to 15%
• Experience with Procore preferred
