We Are Social is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of Content & Publishing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end content workflow for one of our high-profile global clients.
This includes content planning, scheduling, publishing, quality assurance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication across multiple social media platforms
• Collaborate with creative teams to gather content assets, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Perform quality checks on content, including copy, visuals, hashtags, and metadata
• Initiate and facilitate collaborations with creators and influencers
• Utilize content management tools and platforms to schedule, publish, and track performance
• Maintain content cadence and adjust schedules as needed based on client feedback and campaigns
• Collaborate with Account + Project Management teams to gather client insights, provide updates, and ensure alignment
• Oversee the bulk content upload process, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy
• Manage the outreach process for content requiring clearances or approvals
• Provide support to Community Management teams as needed
• Contribute to content strategy and ideation, including drafting creative notes and analyzing performance insights
• Foster effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in content management, social media marketing, or a related field
• At least two years of experience with Sprinklr
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in content management tools and platforms (e.g. Asana, Notion)
• Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
