Job Summary: Eurofins will be seeking a Senior Administrator to assist with the daily administrative tasks involved in the training of new employees. This is individual will need an understanding of digital document tracking systems, the ability to master eLearning systems, and a thorough understanding of MS office suite.
Use Excellence through Quality Reliance system (EtQ) to accurately enter and maintain all information for employee training records including SOP reading items; scan and upload information.
Schedule internal training sessions for employees.
Create new training item information as needed.
Use Time Tap to set up classes.
Use FLIK/Eurofins Website (CaterTrax Link) to order catering.
Pay Range: $15 - $17 per hour
