Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email regarding technical issues and IT-related queries.
 •  Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
 •  Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems remotely, escalating more complex issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary.
 •  Document all customer interactions, technical solutions, and issue resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
 •  Proactively identify recurring technical issues and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences.
 •  Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and effective communication with clients.
 •  Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the troubleshooting process.
 •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
 •  Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a help desk or service desk environment.
 •  Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
 •  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
 •  Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues systematically.
 •  Proficiency in using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
 •  Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
 •  IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
