Robert Half is seeking a Digital Project Manager with vigilance for meeting deadlines and staying within project budgets, a facility for open communication, and a keen eye for process and compliance. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating project status meetings, developing clear and detailed digital project plans and managing all assigned projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional digital teams such as social media, website, paid, search, SEO, email, UX/UI, etc. This is NOT an IT Project Management opportunity.

Your responsibilities in this role
 •  Collaborate with key stake holders and department leads to keep projects aligned with their goals
 •  Modify project targets and schedules in alignment with changing schedules and budgets
 •  Manage and examine project and campaign budgets and expenditures
 •  Delegate project tasks to best-fit employees as necessary
 •  Manage overall execution of digital marketing projects from planning through implementation
 •  Make effective decisions regarding a project's next steps when presented with multiple options
 •  Own and facilitate project status meetings
 •  Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project so that team actions remain in synergy
 •  Ensure maintenance of standards on projects throughout development by performing quality control
 •  Manage work and input from a variety of stakeholders
 •  Adhere to deadlines, set targets for milestones, and develop long- and short-term plans
 •  Comfortable working with multifunctional teams, including marketing/communications, creative, sales and IT, as well as outside agencies
 •  Strong time management and organizational skills
 •  Familiarity with design and prototyping tools
 •  Expertise in project management tools and software such as Monday.com, ASANA, Wike, Workfront, Basecamp
 •  Proven work experience managing and executing multiple digital projects
 •  Website development project management experience
