Property Accounting Role – No Property Accounting Experience Required
Real Estate Investment and Management Company S Senior Accountant: up to $115k + Bonus
About the Company:
Our client is a privately held real estate development and investment management company headquartered in San Francisco, California. The company specializes in the investment and management of residential, retail, and mixed-use properties, with a primary focus on multifamily properties across the Western United States.
Highlights:
On the multifamily side, the company oversees over 5000+ units across the U.S.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience; real estate experience not required
• Real estate experience and proficiency with AppFolio, Yardi, and QuickBooks are highly desirable
• Strong communication skills
Selling Points:
• Stable work hours (9-5) for better work-life balance

• Rapid growth with the team expanding from 2 to 7 members
• Direct access to company owner for employees
