Overview:
VTG is looking for a Program Analyst to provide administrative support to our DoD customer's senior leadership team in Washington, DC. The position will be a hybrid 2-3 days onsite weekly and telework.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to senior leadership and staff by managing calendar, travel and communication projects;
• Manage office schedule and calendar of appointments for Senior Executive(s);
• Create schedule-related products (schedule forecast, day card, day book);
• Assist in planning, scheduling, organizing, and execution of meetings, events, conferences, and off-sites;
• Prepare travel/training arrangements and process travel vouchers for Senior Executive(s) for both domestic and international travel within the Defense Travel System;
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and ability to sustain one;
• 4+ years of Experience in DOD support to SES to include Communication Approaches, Brief Development, calendaring, report tasking and presentations;
• MS Suite – Specifically Power Point, Word, Access, and Excel (for Presentations/slides, correspondence, briefs, agendas and action items to name a few);
• Proactive and excellent customer service with management experience;
• Creative, poised, good customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Navy support experience for leadership (IT/Cyber support preferred);
• Drafting presentations.
