Our Ohio facility houses lighting and mold design, construction, production engineering, and dedicated associates in our Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service departments.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

This role is responsible for deploying and effectively executing programs and policies to support the strategy and vision to achieve World Class EHS Performance. This role will actively participate in the areas of EHS Governance, auditing, management systems, best practice sharing, compliance initiatives and governmental/regulatory, customer, and parent company reporting.

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policies (includes Hazard Communication, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Machine Guarding, Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Electrical Safety, Arc Flash, Robot Safety, Cranes, ISO 14001, etc.).

Prepare and submit all compliance reports for Federal, State and Local entities, customers, and parent company.

Assure the EHS function is effective using Company goals, objectives, metrics and scorecards.

Evaluate the effectiveness of the Environmental, Health and Safety Programs and implement best practices.

Conduct injury, illness, and near miss investigations using root cause analysis to develop corrective action plans.

Ensure Permit compliance (air & water).

Administer associate personal protective equipment programs including safety eyeglasses and safety shoes.
