Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading human resources initiatives, overseeing recruitment efforts, managing payroll and workers' compensation processes, and providing mentorship and support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.

Process Execution and Compliance:

Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll administration.

Oversee workers' compensation claims and related processes, including reporting, investigation, and resolution.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.

Provide support and guidance to employees on issues related to performance, career development, and workplace concerns.

Mentorship and Development:

Provide mentorship and coaching to employees at all levels, supporting their professional growth and development.

Facilitate training sessions and workshops on topics such as leadership development, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop tailored development plans for employees.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

Prior experience in human resources, with a focus on manufacturing.

Demonstrated experience in recruitment, process execution, payroll administration, workers' compensation management, and mentorship.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneous
