Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Durablity Coordinator for a long term contract in Long Beach, CA!
The main function of the Durability Coordinator is to coordinate test vehicle fleet activity with external service providers. Coordination of vehicle and part logistics between locations in the USA and internationally. Responsible as a coordinator off on-site vehicle deliveries and vehicle transfer bookings.
Responsible to track end-of-test vehicle disposition, including vehicle tracking and provide management status summaries.
Monitor and schedule planned vehicle appointments (i.e. customer service, fluid samples, emissions test, etc). Then log completion, including shipment of samples to test providers and international customers meeting internal delivery metrics.
Responsible to complete all workshop and emissions testing work request orders from the durability team for scheduled work.
• Coordinate testing materials and parts, such as oils, tires, brakes to keep all operations with appropriate inventory levels. Responsible to oversee the fueling data entry process for durability test vehicles.
• Maintain communication with service providers to facilitate the timely exchange of data and readouts. Update, monitor and report status to engineers and management.
• Provide back-up support to Durability Engineers when they are out of the office. This includes monitor vehicle status, reviewing driver reports, and creating issue complaint reports, as needed.
• Track, evaluate and report on assigned KPIs for overviews to engineers and management. Identify, implement and verify opportunities for improvement within the team and area of responsibilities to support quality improvements and cost effective operations

Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

Ability to schedule and run meetings
Self-motivated
Ability to work with minimal direction
Familiarity with automotive technologies
Bachelors of Science in Engineering or Automotive Technology
Program Management experience or certification
