Job Description
 •  Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
 •  Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of quality objectives.
 •  Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
 •  Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation, including control plans, work instructions, and quality records.
 •  Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
 •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
 •  Ensure that suppliers and subcontractors meet quality requirements through supplier audits and performance evaluations.
 •  Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
 •  Interface with customers and regulatory agencies on quality matters, representing the organization in audits and inspections.
 •  Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular reports to management on quality performance and improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
 •  B.S. degree in Engineering
 •  5+ years of experience as a Senior Quality Engineer or as a Manager
 •  Experience working within Electronics (manufacturing)
 •  Internal Audits (ISO)
 •  Aerospace & Defense experience, Automotive is a plus
 •  Six Sigma & Lean experience
 •  Team player & experience being a leader with reports
 •  Mindset for growth (individual & company)
