We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of Product Design experience, Project management skills, testing, and designing mechanical and electromechanical components for new products and existing products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience
• Demonstrable experience leading projects across multiple business functions
• Refrigeration experience - HVAC/R ideal.
• Experience designing and testing mechanical and electromechanical components
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with Creo and Windchill or similar CAD software
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes / Fabrication, sheet metal, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative

• Concept development, evaluation, selection, verification, implementation into production, and support in manufacturing and the field
• Designs fabricates, modifies, and evaluates products, including mechanical and electro-mechanical components, sub-systems, and systems. Builds prototypes
• Lead projects by interacting with other departments within the company
