Job Description
 •  Oversee pre-construction activities, including acquiring cost estimates, reviewing project information reports, conducting risk/reward analyses, and ensuring overall project success.
 •  Supervise team members, ensuring they meet their responsibilities and performance expectations. Delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback to support their ongoing growth.
 •  Lead the evaluation process for new General Contractors and Architects.
 •  Excel in delivering top-notch construction services, exceeding production and quality targets. When expectations are unclear, provide clear guidance and definition.
 •  Establish and enforce project management practices that facilitate exceptional execution.
 •  Stay updated on changes in construction processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices, and implement them effectively.
 •  Proactively seek opportunities to enhance business operations through evolutionary changes in methods and processes, taking the lead in implementing these improvements.

The Successful Applicant
 •  Required: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent professional experience. Master's degree in Business or Real Estate is preferred.
 •  Mandatory: A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction or development-related roles, including prior experience in team leadership and supervision.
 •  Preferred: Background in multifamily or design-build construction.
 •  Proficient in handling all technical and managerial aspects involved in managing design and executing construction for significant capital building projects.
 •  Skilled in various areas, including risk management, cost estimation, project scheduling, budgeting, field management, financial reporting, client relationship management, and safety and insurance practices.
