Our Veterinary Practice Manager is looking for a personal assistant to help her in all aspects. As the personal assistant to the Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations of our veterinary practice while delivering exceptional care to our animal patients and excellent service to our clients.
Our hope is to find someone who wants to start at this entry level and be groomed into being able to move up the ranks in our management structure, taking on more and more and of course then making more as well.
Responsibilities:
Whatever the Practice Manager needs to make things easier for her.

Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in veterinary software and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with financial management and budgeting is a plus
Love of animnals

Starting salary at $20 per hour and once into production, increase in pay.
