Fund Accountant - Private Credit

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Fund Accountant to join our team and support the accounting functions for our private credit funds. This is a great opportunity for a talented individual to gain valuable experience in the private credit industry.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and reconcile daily and monthly net asset value (NAV) calculations for private credit funds.
Calculate and analyze management fees, performance fees, and other fund expenses.
Monitor and track the fair value of private credit investments, ensuring adherence to valuation guidelines.
Collaborate with the investment, portfolio management, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of efficient fund accounting processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1. 3 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably with a focus on private credit.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as applied to private credit investments.
Proficient in accounting software and familiar with portfolio management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
