Field Service Supervisor - Analytical Instrumentation
Seeking experienced field service manager with track record managing operations that maintain, troubleshoot, repair and program analytical instrumentation such as Liquid Chromatographs, Gas Chromatographs, and Mass Spectrometers.
Activities:
*** Develop and implement operating plans for service department.
*** Track and report key business metrics.
*** Select, train, coach and develop field service and internal customer service staff.
*** Oversee field service activities.
*** Prepare and deliver quotes to customers.
*** Administer maintenance contracts.
*** Develop improvements in methods, procedures, structure, etc.
*** Maintain operations within budgetary guidelines.
